Diane M. Speth

Passed away on April 18, 2021 after a long battle with cancer at age 84. She is preceded in death by her loving husband Paul. She is lovingly survived by her sister Susan (Richard) Paulu. Beloved mom of David Speth and Jody (the late Timothy) Wilimitis. Cherished grandma of Liza (Jake) Prochnow and late Sean Paul. Further survived by many brother and sister in laws: Roy (Rita) Speth, Harold (special friend Carolyn Mushall) Speth, Henry (Chris) Speth, Joanne Speth and many nieces, nephews, other family and friends. She is preceded in death by her husband Paul, her parents Edgar and Esther Dettmann, son in law Timothy Wilimitis, grandson Sean Paul Wilimitis and by her sister in laws: Dorothea (the late Richard) Drewek, Arlene Miske, Judy Speth and brother in laws: Richard, Edward and William Speth. Diane worked many years in the health care profession doing clerical office administration. She took excellent care of her husband Paul who battled Parkinson's Disease. Together, they enjoyed time spent with family and trips up north to the cottage. In her free time she enjoyed reading a good book and bowling. Visitation will be held at the Max Sass Funeral Home - Mission Hills Chapel on Friday, April 30, 21 from 2 PM until time of service at 4 PM. In lieu of flowers, memorials appreciated to American Cancer Society. Please wear your mask to help protect the elderly.
