Charles W. Nyren Sr.

Charles W. Nyren Sr. Passed away peacefully February 5, 2022 at the age of 87. Beloved husband of the late JoAnn Nyren. Loving father of Cheryl (Peter) Long, Sheila Nyren, Charlene Lake,Charisse (Mike) Broeker, Charlotte Fairburn and Charles W. (Allison) Nyren. Grandfather to Landon (Kristin) Nyren, Michael James (Lisa) Broeker, Cara (Steve) Chiu, Michele (Jessica) Broeker and Alexis Nyren. Great - grandfather to Lucy, M.J., Luke Broeker, Owen and Evelyn Nyren. Brother of Marilyn Grandy and the late Lois Kiefer. Further survived by nieces, nephews other relatives and friends. Preceded in death by his parents Walter and Mae Nyren. Charles was an entrepreneur and owned his own distributorship and Ice Cream Business “Nyren’s Ice Cream Shoppe”. He also loved trains, model railroading, board games, card games and was an avid fan of the Chicago Blackhawks and Da’ Bears. Visitation Friday February 11, 2022 at the MAX A. SASS & SONS MISSION HILLS CHAPEL Franklin, WI from 12 PM until time of service at 1:30 PM. Interment Arlington Park Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Alzheimer’s Assoc., Parkinsons Foundation or the Dementia Society of America in his name would be appreciated. WEARING OF MASKS WOULD BE APPRECIATED
